It's in September, but generally late September so I called that close enough for a hit. And we always go to one of them (there are 3 or 4 'big' ones in the general area).

It's not in October or September, but it is in the second half of the year, so I called that close enough for a hit, too.

I have been to just one county fair. No, make that two, I went to one in Montana as a kid. And a few rodeos, also as a kid. No state fair, though. And I remember Prakash very well.

State fair is going on right now in Indy.

I wish I could get my head carved into butter...that'd be great. I mean, who couldn't use a statue made of butter?

That sounds like a vote for "Yes, and it's in October, and I've been to it recently".
