Let there be Nested Quotes, I say!

Lots and lots of errors from people incompletely removing a nested quote that they don't want to quote nestedly. Mostly folks are forgetting to take out the second [.QUOTE=blahblah;#####.], which results in a quote being misattributed. Looks like we need some mandatory training sessions.
