Last month my boss read some of my stuff. He thought it was so insightful that he offered me a raise to post more.

Although I haven't tried to hide my identity, nobody has ever mentioned to me that they know who I am. (Well, except for one person who indicated that he had it narrowed down to 2 people, but I think I can trust him.)

Never had any of my actuarial customers connect me with here unless I've mentioned it first.

I'm not sure which option to pick. A bunch of folks here know who I am but no one is in a position to hurt me - uh......, professionally speaking, that is!

How about a choice "I would love to have Maxine held against me in real life"?

Same position as Polly. Fellow posters know who I am. No-one at work knows or cares. I even got a favorable mention at my last performance review that I was able to "network" with other actuaries despite our very remote physical location.

How about "I assume any who wants to know will find out who I am, so I don't post anything under my ID that I wouldn't post under my real name"?
(i.e. don't post anything you don't want held against you)
