the original intent of allowing him computer access was to see what flights he can jump seat on for the weekend online instead of calling the airlines. now browsing the internet is part of his daily routine.

i'm pretty sure he's going to this specific site because the address is always in the address memory after he logs online and the only way it can be there is if you actaully type it in. i can see all the places he goes not that i try (he just clogs up my interenet addresses).

i should just leave a victoria secret magazine in his bathroom instead.

I didn't make this connection, I had assumed $100 was approx. 25% of the rent. Even if you do agree with the fact that he should be able to rub off a weeks worth of rent, he owes you money. If $100 is about 40%, he pays roughly $250 a month. Gone for a week, he would only be able to knock off $60. That man owes you at least a keg.
