Default PD approval time >_<

1. Anyone has idea how long it will take to process the PD right now (holiday season) ? Is 5 weeks still about right?
2. I am sending my PD package to SOA tomorrow and I am "hoping" to have it approved by january 15th so I can sign up for March FAC! Is this possible?
I didn't know the deadline for March is January 15!
Thanks for your feedback!

My executed plan was approved in late November (just before the Thanksgiving holiday) and it took slightly over 6 weeks. I’d have to guess it would take longer due to the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.

Given it is pushing up on a registration deadline, you might be OK. Did you include your desire to meet the deadline in your coversheet?

My executed plan was mailed to the SOA on Oct. 27th. I received approval on Nov. 30th.

Thanks for giving me HOPE. Like what was said in the movie "Shawshank Redemption" ==> Andy Dufresne: [in letter to Red] Remember Red, hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies.
