Tracking Software

I couldn't find another thread that discussed this, although I thought I had seen one. I'm looking for a database to track calories, store recipes and help plan meals. Preferabbly one that will calculate the nutritional content of recipes I enter. It would also be nice if it tracked excercises and calorie expenditures too, but that i snot necessary.

Do you use any products that do something like this?

i had a program on my palm pilot that did all this. i got it free online. it was not WW endorsed, but someone created it and it had everything in terms of WW Points...tracked your weight, your exercise, your food, stored recipes, etc etc. i'm looking online for it in case you have a palm. i am finding some other things, some free and some for pay, that track weight loss or is a food database/recipe builder, but i am not finding anything combined. still looking, as it is a good, useful tool.

I found Fitness Assistant earlier today, which appears to do everything I mentioned, but thought I would see if anyone had something they were happy with before I checked it out.

There are several other programs available on this and other shareware sites.

I wasn't all that impressed with Fitness Assistant so I did a little more looking and came across this website, http://fitness-software-review.toptenreviews.com/, it reviews a handful of software programs.
