You can still use your navigation bar as you would normally, but if you want to use the back button, make sure that the frame you want to navigate is active (i.e. just click somewhere in the window so the browser knows which window you are referring to). You can use the refresh button to refresh all 4 frames or you can right click in a frame and you will have all of the options available in the browser's navigation bar.
Have fun . . . 4x the fun to be exact.
