To me the bigger question is if the CAS will make that assumption. One of the reasons I think the CAS won’t release the passing percentage is because if people see they passed 40% or less for exam 9, instead of 50% then people will be angry. The CAS always falls back on well people aren’t prepared.
If they go into the mindsight well everyone should be more prepared then I can see them likely not to pass as many people.
It is possible they go into the opposite perspective that our test was hard and that people haven’t taken it in a year in and half so they should pass more people (although they can say they are offering 9 again in a few months).
