I’m considering to write my DMAC topic on launching a new annuity product. Do you think that’s a good topic for a DMAC? Or should I break that down to a specific feature in a product?

I think a good topic is one where an important decision was made and several stakeholders with competing interests were involved in the decision.  It sounds like adding a new product is an important decision, but I can’t speak to the breadth of stakeholders involved.
