I am sure this question has been asked multiple times but is passing 2 exams enough for an entry level job? Or do you need 3 passes?

2 exams are enough for an entry level role. An internship will be an asset.

Choose a different career. The barrier to entry is insane, even at the ASA level. I always recommend any other career choice that will actually respect your education and effort. I would have saved myself years of time if I knew this earlier.

It’s totally dependent on the company.

2 is enough.  Some places 1 is enough. We are trying to start an actuarial analyst position for non credentialed actuarial candidates. Minimum is 1 exam.
