Are there any actuaries out there who have worked in the MA Auto space? I am trying to determine how to value MAIP Credits. I’m sure it is a function of the loss experience but would also assume that the additional cost associated with administering MAIP policies and settling claims is also a consideration. Any direction would be appreciated!
