Questions on MSSP

Hello everyone,

I am working on a Medicare Shared Savings Program research. The main purpose is to figure out how the risk is shifting to the providers and how to evaluate the risk.

Since I don’t have much experience with health insurance, I couldn’t quite understand what type of the risk is, and what kind of data should I use.

Any advice? Thank you!
