Hi
I’m just looking for some advice to help me while interviewing. I have over 15 years of experience in life reinsurance but I haven’t been able to land an actuarial job. I want to work in a role that would have me aligned toward ACAS as I am currently studying for MAS-1, but it doesn’t seem as I am a desired candidate for many P&C roles actuarial or not. I’m currently unemployed with 3 exams passed and I may have to work a customer service job while studying for exams since I am not wealthy, I’m afraid this will only add to my difficulty in finding an actuarial role. Any advice would be welcomed.
