Hello,
I have passed the first two Actuarial Exams, that is, P and FM. I am looking forward to taking the third exam sometime next year. I understand that the IFM exam is not administered anymore. Which exam do you recommend me taking?
Also, I passed the first two exams in 2008. In 2010 I was doing MA in Statistics from Columbia University, however, I had to move outside the USA as my father was ill and ever since I have been trading stocks in a different country. Now that I am 37, and wish to re-enter the Actuarial profession, what options do I have? If I pass another Actuarial Exam, will I be considered for employment?
I will appreciate any advice.
