What’s the outlook of employers on going through with the H1B visa sponsorship. Given that it’s a lengthy and onerous process with a lottery at the end, are employers hesitant against applying for the visa on behalf of a potential employee? Would the low unemployment rate be a factor in employers’ attitude towards the H1B visa process?
