I recently built a model for a client to do some pricing exercise with macros to calculate scenarios on a loop

This was the scope of the model, paid and delivered

Now the client wants to host the model on their platform but cannot be done directly

They therefore want to replicate the model on the platform

They now want me to liaise with the the IT company by walking them through all the formulas in the model for the replication

I am not comfortable with doing this

Am I wrong to not share the model formulas, these could be IP. I ve tried explaining what the model is doing but I dont want to break down my formula for them

Any idea?
