Is it necessary to add comments in the RMD file to receive full credit? The SOA .RMD solution file provides “…additional commentary as part of the actual solution…” but I do not see this stated as a requirement in the “General information for candidates” it just states that it “may contain commentary”. Adding commentary seems time consuming and another place to make a mistake. If it is not required for full credit I would prefer to skip it. Do we NEED to add comments to the RMD file for full credit?
