Mr. Rallis wrote a “Call to Action” letter in Summer 2020.  In it, he outlined initiatives the SOA will take on with regard to “Equity”, the appended component of our existing “Diversity and Inclusion” program.  I haven’t found much communication on the topic, other than from those running the program.  So, I am wondering what others think about the Rallis letter, and whether there are alternative ways in which SOA equity goals might be accomplished.
